1. Informing the embassy and attaining legal permit -

2. Shifting the body to mortuary -

The primary inspection of the dead body is done by the senior doctors of a certified hospital authority in Dubai. If there is no case of sudden or unnatural death, the body will be shifted to the mortuary for safe resting till the documentation process is done. Otherwise, the postmortem becomes mandatory.

3. Legal Paperwork -

If there is no religious belief behind the prohibition of "Embalming" after death, the team shifts the human remains to a certified embalming center in Dubai with the help of a local funeral direction team.

• The team arranges well well-equipped ambulance van.
• Freezer box or cooling cabinet for keeping the remains safe.
• In embalming, the doctors expel the body fluid and inject a mixture of chemicals and water to preserve the body for long hours. The doctors also coat the entire body with a specific chemical substance.
• We arrange a coffin box and place the embalmed dead body in it and seal the box properly.

5. Booking air cargo tickets & flight tickets through online sources -

The team books tickets for "two-way" air cargo services and flight tickets through online mode after completing the documentation process. Based on the convenience of the family, the team finalizes a time slot and book tickets for the corpse and accompanying family members during the dead body's transportation.

The team shifts the dead body to the airport through an ambulance service and informs the airport authority to ship the human remains. If no family member is traveling with the cargo, our team members will accompany it.
