1. The legal permission from the embassy of Dubai -

Without getting official permission from the embassy and other important departments of Dubai's foreign administration, the team or family members can not move forward in the direction of dead body shipping. Therefore, we first inform the embassies of both countries (Dubai and Germany) and receive the NOC and other clearances.

2. Documentation process -

In the absence of even a single paper or certificate or valid documents, the family will be unable to collect and airlift the dead body. Last Journey team members provide a complete list consisting of all the required papers by the foreign authorities during the repatriation process.

• A valid death certificate has all the details about the deceased person and the incident of death. It must be signed by the senior doctor of a certified hospital authority in Dubai.
• Postmortem Reports if required by the local area police. This is essential in the cases of unnatural demise.
• Certificate of "No Communicable Disease" in the body, given by the Health and Sanitation Department of Dubai.
• All the original IDs of the deceased person verify the German citizenship of the deceased person. These IDs will be available in the photocopy formats as well.
• Embalming certificate from an authorized embalming center in Dubai.
• Certificate for the coffin box issued by the local Dubai funeral home.
• Local area police clearance for collecting the dead body.
• Clearance from the airport authority of Dubai for legally airlifting the remains from Dubai to Germany.
• A consent letter signed by the family members of the Deceased person. Any close friend or guardian of the deceased can also sign it in the absence of family members.
• IDs of the family members and team members will also be required who are participating in the dead body transportation.
• All the details of the booked tickets should be there. It includes 'tickets for air cargo services and flight services for family members'.
• Proof of residing in Dubai temporarily or permanently. Such as -: bills for electricity or hotel bills etc.
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC).
