• A valid death certificate in which all the crucial details are mentioned.
• Postmortem reports if the death occurred in unnatural circumstances such as a road accident, murder and suicide etc.
• Passport of the deceased person for cancellation by the Dubai authority.
• Original and photocopy format of the IDs of the deceased person.
• Embalming certificate signed by the senior authority of the certified embalming center.
