2. Collecting the documents for the completion of the paperwork -:

The team cannot collect the dead body from the mortuary until it completes the entire paperwork process. Here are the necessary documents that one should carry for the submission.

• The valid death certificate of the deceased person is one of the most important documents in the air transportation of the deceased person. The details mentioned in it should be checked carefully before receiving it.
• Form 4 is mandatory if the death happened at the residence. It could be a permanent home of the deceased or any temporary rented stay property.
• Form 4A is necessary when the death happens in a certified hospital in Raipur. You can collect this document from the hospital authority where the person was admitted.
• Postmortem reports will be asked in the case of unnatural death. The local area police will send the dead body for postmortem if suicide or murder caused the demise.
• No objection certificate (NOC) from the local authorities
